The short answer
Give the page one clear job, answer that need directly, make the structure easy to scan, connect it to relevant pages and verify the final rendered output. Do not write to a keyword density target.
Define the page job
Write the intended reader, decision, primary search theme and suitable next action in one short brief. If two routes own the same job, consolidate or differentiate before editing copy.
Make the search preview descriptive
Use a concise title that describes the page and brand, and a description that sets an accurate expectation. Google may generate different title links and snippets, so visible content must support the same promise.
Structure the answer for reading
Use one useful main heading, descriptive sections, short paragraphs and lists where they reduce effort. Put the direct answer before the long explanation when the query calls for it.
Add useful connections
Link from relevant contextual pages using descriptive text. Reference trustworthy primary sources when they help the reader verify an external claim.
- Relevant parent and sibling pages
- Next decision-stage resource
- Supporting evidence or official documentation
- Clear conversion or contact path
Inspect the rendered page
Check mobile wrapping, heading order, canonical, images, alt text, structured data, status code and whether important content exists in the final HTML or accessible render.
